Sound Bath Meditation in the Gym with Amy

Meditation guide Amy Rutledge will lead a free one-hour sound bath session at the Loma Alta Park Gym for adults to experience therapeutic frequencies from crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drum, gong, and chimes.

Please bring a mat or towel to make yourself comfortable on the floor.
